Pregnancy Heart Word Guided Meditation

Pregnancy Heart Word Guided Meditation

As a pregnant woman, you check in with your baby every day to see how she is doing in there.  Today, I'm asking you to check in with yourself as you prepare for your birth journey.  This simple yet powerful meditation guides you to check in with yourself every day and see how YOU are doing.

Guided Meditation

In just a few minutes you can connect with you heart. It would be my honor to guide you on this short guided meditation.

As you connect with your heart, ask  how you can have a heart-centered pregnancy and birth experience.  When you connect, you can hear or perceive the messages your heart has for you. I call the whispers your "pregnancy heart word."

What is your heart word for today?  In the comments below, please share with us.

We all want to support you as you consciously live a heart-centered pregnancy and birth experience.

I hope you feel nourished and connected to the wisdom of your heart womb.

Maria
